Mad Hamster Studios is the home of artist Marcus Truckel.

A self taught artist working in a variety of styles and formats from tradition media to digital art. I first began selling my artwork from around 13 years of age and since that time I have gone on to win competitions and awards for my work, and my artwork has appeared in magazines and books. I am the co-founder of the CG Art Nexus scifi and fantasy digital art community.

I specialize in science fiction and fantasy art and have experience producing illustrations and animations in a wide variety of areas and styles including posters, tattoo designs, storyboarding and comics, portraits, livestream emotes and screen overlays.

I work in both 2D and 3D imaging and regularly use the following software:

• ZBrush.
• Substance Painter.
